Thank you for shopping with Shine Boutiques. 

To ensure you have a happy shopping experience we offer a 14 day Australian Orders & 28 day Worldwide Orders returns policy. Please note the 14 / 28 days begins once you receive your purchase. 

If you wish to exchange an item, simply:

  1.  Email notifying us of your return,

  2.  Send your goods back in original packaging as received to our below returns address, including your original packing slip. We need this to identify your return.

Once we have received your goods, a Credit Coupon may be issued provided the goods have arrived within 14 days for Australian and 28 days for International of receiving and in original packaging and condition.

Returns must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Items not received in their original condition will automatically be returned to the customer. Items which smell of perfume/deodorant and have makeup or tanning marks will not be accepted, so please take care when trying on your garments.


Your Credit Coupon will allow you to purchase your preferred size or style if available.

We cannot guarantee we will have an alternate size available in the same style.

Credit notes are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return based on terms and conditions being met. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email with your unique Store Credit Coupon Code.



Shine Boutiques reserves the right to reject a return if it is not in its original packaging and condition.

We are unable to credit original shipping costs. Returns must be accompanied with the original Packing Slip.

If you have misplaced your packing slip, please ensure that you enclose your name, address, phone number & return details in the parcel. If we do not receive this information we are unable to process your return. Make sure you post your return with a tracking number to ensure we receive your item. 



Please Note that swimwear and accessories due to hygiene reasons & items in the 'SALE' section are not able to be returned/credited.


Items purchased during promotional sale periods will not be eligible for a return/credit.

(e.g. if a coupon or code word has been applied to a sale a credit is not applicable on those items).

If you believe your garment has a fault, please CONTACT US or email: with a description of the garment and of the fault.


Faulty garments will not be accepted unless they are in original condition with tags attached. In the case of a faulty garment, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt.


In the rare event of a manufacturing fault, you will be entitled to a refund.

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to our customers to ensure they are in perfect condition.

FREE Standard Shipping on AUS Orders over $70 & FREE Express Shipping on AUS Orders over $100! 


Shine Boutiques offers $5 Standard Shipping or $8 Express for all other Australian Orders. 


Regular Shipping generally arrives within 2 to 5 business days depending on location. 

If you require urgent delivery please contact us via our Contact Form or by calling 1300 SHINEB (1300 744 632) to arrange.


There is only one delivery price per order, this is not per item.


Shine Boutiques have a flat rate price for Worldwide shipping which is $20 per order.

New Zealand flat rate of $15 per order.


If a delivery is attempted while no one is home Australia Post will leave you a card to take to the specified post office where you can then sign for your new items and take them home.


Packaging of your order and Express Post delivery time is 1-2 business days Australia wide. For Regular post the timeframe for delivery is usually 2-5 business days Australia Wide. This excludes weekends and Public Holidays.


If you have not recieved your items within 4-5 business days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediatly.


International delivery time is 5-15 business days. All international orders are registered and require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office. The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges. Delivery time excludes customs clearance delays for your country.




Your Australia Post Parcel tracking will be emailed to the email address on your order. Please note if you don't enter an email address on your order you will not receive an order confirmation or tracking information. Occasionally, this emailed tracking number could fall into your junk mail box depending on your mail filtering. Watch out for this email so you can track the progress of your order from our doorstep to yours.

Depending on the style and/or the material of the clothing and the wide variety of labels we stock, sizing may vary slightly from this chart.
