RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS POLICY 

Please note this policy is for online purchases only.

 

Thank you for shopping at Shine Boutiques. To ensure you have a happy shopping experience we offer a 14 day Australian Orders & 28 day Worldwide Orders returns policy.


If you have received your purchase and wish to return it due to incorrect size/fit or change of mind, you are welcome to return it for a store credit. We do not offer exchanges.

You may return your Shine Boutiques purchase for a Credit Coupon provided it meets the following criteria:

  • Full priced items

  • New & unworn

  • Unwashed

  • No stains

  • Without the smell of perfume/deodorant

  • Have all original tags attached to the garment

  • Within original packaging 

Your Credit Coupon will allow you to purchase your preferred size or style if available. We cannot guarantee we will have an alternate size available in the same style.

Returns must be made within 14 days for Australian orders and 28 days for Worldwide orders of the date you received your order. All returned item(s) must be full priced items, unworn, unwashed, no stains, without the smell of perfume/deodorant, with all original tags attached and within original packaging. Shine Boutiques reserves the right to deny returns that are received outside these conditions.

 

We are unable to credit original shipping costs and the cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable. Please return items via a traceable mail service as Shine Boutiques is not responsible for lost packages returned back to us. 

 

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return be processed from the date your return is received by Shine. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via the email address linked to your order. Please ensure to check your Junk & Spam inboxes for this email.

 

 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items cannot be returned subject to Australian consumer law. This includes items purchased during promotional sale periods, including if a coupon/codeword has been applied to the purchase. Sale items returned will be denied and returned to the sender at the customers expense. 

Exception to Sale returns, in accordance with Australian consumer law, would be if the item has a major problem or is significantly different to what you ordered. If this is the case, please contact us at hello@shineboutiques.com.au immediately. 

 

SWIMWEAR & JEWELLERY

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on swimwear and jewellery. Swimwear and jewellery returned will be denied and returned back to you at the customers expense.

 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

*Please note this policy is for ONLINE purchases only.

 

We quality control all of our styles before they are sent to you to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you believe your garment has a manufactured fault or you feel that the item is significantly different from the image and description displayed online, please contact us at hello@shineboutiques.com.au with a description and image of the fault/discrepancy as soon as possible. Upon receiving your email we will prioritise and arrange the best possible course of action for you.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

We Ship Worldwide! See costs below.

FREE Standard Shipping on AUS Orders over $70 & FREE Express Shipping on AUS Orders over $100! 

 

Shine Boutiques offers $5 Standard Shipping or $8 Express for all other Australian Orders. 

 

Regular Shipping generally arrives within 2 to 5 business days depending on location. 

If you require urgent delivery please contact us via our Contact Form or by calling 1300 SHINEB (1300 744 632) to arrange.

 

There is only one delivery price per order, this is not per item.

 

Shine Boutiques have a flat rate price for Worldwide shipping which is $20 per order.

New Zealand flat rate of $15 per order.

 

If a delivery is attempted while no one is home Australia Post will leave you a card to take to the specified post office where you can then sign for your new items and take them home.

 

Packaging of your order and Express Post delivery time is 1-2 business days Australia wide. For Regular post the timeframe for delivery is usually 2-5 business days Australia Wide. This excludes weekends and Public Holidays.

 

If you have not recieved your items within 4-5 business days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediatly.

 

International delivery time is 5-15 business days. All international orders are registered and require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office. The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges. Delivery time excludes customs clearance delays for your country.

 

 

ORDER TRACKING

Your Australia Post Parcel tracking will be emailed to the email address on your order. Please note if you don't enter an email address on your order you will not receive an order confirmation or tracking information. Occasionally, this emailed tracking number could fall into your junk mail box depending on your mail filtering. Watch out for this email so you can track the progress of your order from our doorstep to yours.

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.

 

You must enter the correct delivery address and instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Shine Boutiques is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.

 

PURCHASE PRICE

All price quotes on our website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

 

We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the website from time to time and without notice to you.

 

PAYMENT

Shine Boutiques accepts safe and secure payments via Paypal and Stripe.

All our clothing at Shine Boutiques is Australian standard sizing.

Depending on the style and/or the material of the clothing and the wide variety of labels we stock, sizing may vary slightly from this chart.
